What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the information you provide. Before starting the Instant AI Audit, we collect your name and email so we can match the AI Assessment to you, follow up, and prefill a review booking. When you book through Cal.com, scheduling details are handled under Cal.com’s own privacy policy.

When you start the Instant AI Audit in voice mode, microphone audio is processed live by OpenAI so the voice agent can respond. Uptick does not save the audio. A transcript is held in your browser during the conversation and sent to our server only when you request your AI Assessment; it is then processed by OpenAI with response storage disabled. The resulting summary is emailed to an Uptick reviewer for human review and follow-up. Do not share secrets or sensitive personal information in the audit.

We use privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog and Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage: pages visited, buttons clicked, and approximate region. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Assessment analytics contain operational measures such as connection success, stages completed, talk time, report generation, and report rating. They do not contain the transcript or the content of what you said.

How we use it

Contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver and review your requested assessment, arrange follow-up, and, if you become a client, deliver the engagement. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Instant assessment transcripts are used to run the requested conversation and create the requested workflow report. The application does not save the raw transcript after returning the report. Uptick retains the emailed summary and its assessment ID only as long as needed to review, finalize, and follow up on the assessment.

Client data during engagements

Workflow engagements run inside your own accounts and infrastructure. You own the systems we build. Access is scoped to the minimum required for the engagement and is removed when it ends. Engagement details are treated as confidential.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to serve you. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us through the form on the homepage and we will respond within one business day.

Uptick Workspace Audit (skills-only plugin)

Uptick Workspace Audit is a set of instructions for inspecting the workspace material you make available through your AI tool. The package includes no server, account system, or data-collection endpoint. The audit is read-only by default and its instructions prohibit uploading workspace contents or sending them to Uptick. Your AI tool processes the material it accesses under its provider's terms, privacy policy, and your account settings. If OpenAI shares feedback or usage data about the plugin with us, we use it only to improve the plugin. Please do not provide names, customer data, passwords, financial account numbers, or health information. The plugin is not for children under 14.

FreeTrial Terminator (ChatGPT app)

FreeTrial Terminator is a free ChatGPT app that helps you spot free trials before they turn into charges. It runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers, with encrypted refresh tokens stored in Cloudflare KV). It can optionally connect to your Gmail with read-only access (the gmail.readonly permission) and uses it only to find trial and renewal emails. It stores only an encrypted sign-in token so you stay connected. It does not save email bodies, subjects or attachments. Email content is processed in memory to build your trial cards and is not retained.

It never sends email, never cancels anything, and never changes your mailbox. Cancellation help (steps and a draft email you copy yourself) is shown only after you approve it. We do not sell or share this data. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Demo mode uses made-up sample emails and needs no Gmail access.

You can disconnect at any time at https://terminator.uptick.systems/disconnect or by removing access in your Google Account permissions, and you can ask us to delete anything by emailing v@uptick.systems or using the homepage form.
