Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the industry or role you select. When you book a call through Cal.com, scheduling details are handled under Cal.com’s own privacy policy.
We use privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog and Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, buttons clicked, and approximate region. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
Contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Client data during engagements
Workflow engagements run inside your own accounts and infrastructure — you own the systems we build. Access is scoped to the minimum required for the engagement and is removed when it ends. Engagement details are treated as confidential.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to serve you. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us through the form on the homepage and we will respond within one business day.
