$5,000 Agentic Team Audit · 3+ One-On-One Assessments
Give your team back the work that matters.
We start from your topline metrics and OKRs, run 3 or more one-on-one assessments with the people who own them, and map the workflows behind each number, ranked by impact.
More than a decade of experience building AI systems for mission-driven teams, professionals & enterprise
Start From The Number
Every seat we assess owns a different topline metric.
A workflow only matters if it moves something you report. So we start at the metric and work backwards into the workflow that produces it, with the person accountable for that number in the room. The metric does not have to be financial: conversion and margin work, and so do programs delivered, time-to-placement and cost per outcome. Time saved is a side effect we'll happily take. It is not the thesis.
Founder / CEO
Which workflows actually move this quarter's goals, and which ones consume your attention without moving a number on the board deck.
Go-to-market lead
Lead response time, qualification, personalization at volume, proposal turnaround. The steps between a lead arriving and revenue landing.
Delivery / Engineering lead
Spec translation, review and QA loops, support triage. Where roadmap velocity is actually lost between commitment and ship.
Customer / Success lead
Onboarding, health signals nobody reads in time, renewal prep, and the escalations that reach you a week too late.
Ops / Finance
Close, billing accuracy, the spreadsheet that is secretly the source of truth, and how long it takes to answer a question with real numbers.
Your metrics, your seats
These are the ones we run most. If your OKRs point somewhere else, whether that is clinical outcomes, program delivery, grant throughput or field operations, we scope the seats to those numbers instead.
The Floor, Not The Ceiling
Before we count a single point of impact, the capacity math already clears.
This counts recovered capacity only, the most conservative and easiest-to-argue number in the audit. It ignores the part that actually matters: what a faster pipeline, a shorter cycle, or better retention is worth against your own OKRs. The audit is a one-time $5,000.
Hours are per person, across 5 people. Assumes you actually reinvest the recovered hours. Even at 50% realization, it pays for itself in 2 weeks.
How It Works
Four steps. Ten business days.
Metric alignment
Free, 20 minutes. You share the KPIs and OKRs that matter most this quarter. Together we agree on which ones the audit will focus on, and who owns them.
3+ one-on-one assessments
45 minutes each with the person accountable for each metric, run separately so nobody edits themselves in front of their manager. We map the workflow behind the number, end to end.
Impact modelling
Each candidate workflow gets a modeled effect on the metric it touches: conversion, cycle time, retention, margin. The assumptions are written down so you can argue with them.
Readout + plan
A 60-minute walkthrough with you and whoever you want in the room, plus the written plan your team owns outright, sequenced by expected impact.
The Deliverable
One plan, ranked by impact, owned by your team.
Not a deck of buzzwords, and not a list of tools. A prioritized, costed plan where every line item names the metric it moves and what we think it moves it by. The kind you could hand your team on Monday and your board on Tuesday.
Workflow-to-metric map
Every workflow we assessed, traced to the KPI or OKR it actually moves. The ones that touch no number are named as such.
Modeled impact per workflow
What changing each workflow is worth on its metric: points of conversion, days of cycle time, retention, margin. Assumptions shown.
Impact-effort ranking
Every candidate plotted, so you know which one to make first and which one to leave until after your next raise.
Named agents and tools
The agentic workflows worth standing up, and the off-the-shelf tools that run them, with real monthly costs. No custom builds required to start.
90-day rollout plan
Sequenced by expected impact, dependency and owner, written so your team can run it without us in the room.
Board-ready one-pager
The findings and the modeled return against your stated OKRs, in the format your investors already expect to read.
Who Runs Your Audit

Vaughn DiMarco, CTO
The person who raised the round, led the enterprise rollout, and evaluated the market is the same person who runs your interviews and develops your plan.
Co-founded and scaled AI products from zero to tens of thousands of users.
Built and led an AI Center of Excellence across 4,000 employees.
Director of Value Creation and AI advisor across a venture and M&A portfolio.
Our Guarantee
If the plan doesn't name a change worth more than the audit, you pay nothing.
On the readout call we walk the modeled impact against your own numbers, with you in the room for the count. If nothing we found clears $5,000 of value on the metrics you named at the start, you get a full refund and you keep the plan.
Who This Is For
Built for seed and Series A teams with a number to hit.
This is for you if
- You raised a seed or Series A and the round has to reach a specific, named milestone
- You can name the 3-5 metrics that matter most this quarter
- The team is 5-50 people and growing faster than the process around it
- You care where the mission goes, not just where the margin goes
- You want AI pointed at the numbers you report, not sprinkled on the org chart
- You want a plan your team owns, not a retainer you cannot cancel
This is not for you if
- You have no agreed metrics yet. Fix that first, then the audit has something to aim at
- You are pre-team and the only workflow to assess is your own
- You want a custom AI product built, not your operating model diagnosed
- You want a tooling shortlist rather than an argument about what moves the number
If it's just your own week you want mapped, the $999 single assessment is the right starting point.
Questions
What founders ask before booking.
Because each metric has a different owner, and the workflow behind a number is only visible to the person accountable for it. You can describe the company OKR. Only your GTM lead can walk us through what actually happens between a lead arriving and revenue landing, and only your delivery lead knows where cycle time really goes. Assessing one seat gives you one chair's view of a system that spans several.
