Uptick Workflow Finder: Terms of Use

1. What the plugin does
Uptick Workflow Finder is a skills-only plugin for ChatGPT. From a description you type, it suggests tasks that may be worth automating, with rough ranges of hours per week, and suggests one task to start with.
2. Estimates are rough and informational
Hour figures are rough estimates from typical ranges. They are not measurements of your business, not professional advice, and not a promise of any result. Your own results will differ. You are responsible for your decisions.
3. Your input
Do not enter personal data about other people, customer data, credentials, financial account numbers, or health information. You are responsible for what you type. The plugin collects none of it. See the Privacy Policy for how this site handles data you submit here.
4. Acceptable use
Use the plugin lawfully and in line with OpenAI's usage policies. Do not misuse it, copy it at scale, or interfere with it.
5. Third parties
The plugin runs inside ChatGPT, which OpenAI provides under its own terms. Links to this site lead to a separate website with its own terms and privacy policy. Using this site is optional. The plugin does not sell anything.
6. Intellectual property
The plugin's instructions and task list belong to Uptick. You may use the output for your own business purposes.
7. No promises, limits of liability
The plugin is provided as is, without promises of any kind about accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the extent the law allows, Uptick is not liable for losses that arise from use of the plugin. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional or gross fault, for bodily injury, or for consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Changes and ending
We may change or remove the plugin or these terms at any time. We will update the date above when we do.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, and the courts of Quebec are the venue. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
